Migration is part of the project. We clean and import your historical records, run both systems in parallel during a handover window, and only cut over once the numbers reconcile.
The system is yours and the code is documented. We keep a retainer available for changes, and your own developers can pick it up because we build on mainstream, well-documented technology.
