We specify it, source it through our suppliers and pass it through at cost plus a stated handling fee. You see the actual invoices, and you can procure it yourself if you prefer.
Devices buffer locally and sync when a link is available. For sites with no GSM coverage we use LoRaWAN gateways or scheduled satellite uplinks depending on data volume and budget.
We provide a maintenance plan covering firmware updates, device health monitoring and replacement guidance. Field replacement is straightforward and documented for your own technicians.
