Payment disputes were constant. Farmers had no record of what they delivered, the cooperative reconciled by hand, and trust was eroding faster than the harvest cycle.

A delivery and payment platform where every drop-off generates an instant SMS receipt, and any farmer can check their balance from a feature phone with no app or data.
