The things clients ask before signing
If yours is not here, ask it directly - we answer plainly.
Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of a signed proposal. If timing is critical, tell us on the first call - we occasionally have capacity sooner, and we would rather say so than let you wait.
Yes. We have delivered into Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, and work remotely with clients in Europe and the Middle East. Our team is Nairobi-based and we overlap comfortably with European hours.
Thirty minutes on your business, the problem you are solving and any constraints - budget, deadline, existing systems. You leave with an honest view of feasibility and a price band. No deck, no pressure.
Yes, entirely. The repository, cloud accounts, domains and design files are transferred to your organisation at handover. Nothing is licensed back to you and nothing is locked to us.
That works well. We frequently deliver design systems or specific modules that an in-house team continues, and we hand over with documentation written for exactly that. We can also review an existing codebase and tell you plainly what we find.
Often, yes. We begin with a paid assessment of the existing code and infrastructure, then tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding costs less. Sometimes the answer is that the current vendor should fix three specific things - we will say that too.
We sign an NDA before any sensitive material or system access changes hands. For due diligence and fintech work we operate under a mutual NDA from first contact.
Thirty to ninety days of support is included depending on engagement size, covering bug fixes, minor changes and uptime monitoring. After that a monthly care plan is optional - and you keep a named engineer who already knows your system.
